Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Taskco Digital’s website, SaaS products (Sellix, Clicko), or software development services.
By accessing or using the website operated by Taskco Digital("Taskco", "we", "us", or "our") at taskco.io, or by purchasing, subscribing to, or utilizing our software applications (including Sellix POS and Clicko E-Commerce) or custom engineering services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use our services.
Taskco Digital provides two primary categories of technology solutions:
To access certain SaaS applications or portals, you may be required to register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Taskco immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.
SaaS Subscriptions: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Failure to make payments may result in account suspension.
Custom Services: Custom software projects are governed by specific Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) outlining project milestones, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
All source code, software frameworks, designs, trademarks, and documentation provided within Taskco’s proprietary SaaS products remain the exclusive intellectual property of Taskco Digital. For bespoke client projects, intellectual property assignment rights are transferred upon full settlement of project fees as defined in the corresponding agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Taskco Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business operational interruptions resulting from the use or inability to use our services or platforms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any legal disputes or claims arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
